At GWIB Designs, we believe every package we send is a little piece of purpose — crafted with care and sent with love. We're grateful for your support and want to make sure your order reaches you smoothly and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
🕐 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or special releases, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience and grace!
🇺🇸 Domestic US Shipping
We ship to all 50 states via USPS.

We're blessed to serve customers in 27 countries around the world! International orders ship via USPS and DHL Express.

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on your country's customs processing. Delays beyond our control may occur.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey right to your door. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder — and feel free to reach out to us if you need help!
⚠️ Restrictions & Exclusions
- We currently ship to 27 international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.
- Free shipping applies to domestic US orders only and does not apply to international shipments.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.
- GWIB Designs is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. In such cases, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
- P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard USPS shipments but may not be available for DHL Express deliveries.
